Dr. Paul Victor is an Associate Professor and a Program Director at a Private University. She has an extensive international background in Public Health, Community Health Nursing, Holistic Nursing, Complementary Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine. Her Ph.D. research focus was on substance use disorders and the faith-based recovery process. The research also focused on depression and various psychological and social factors that contributed to substance use disorders. She was a primary researcher for much grant-funded and non-funded research involving vulnerable populations. Some of them include Health risk behaviors of Prisoners, HIV, AIDS, Risk-behaviors of Sex-workers, HIV, AIDS, Risk-behaviors of Tribal populations. She presented her research works at various national and international conferences. She incorporates public health, community health nursing, holistic nursing, and lifestyle medicine concepts in teaching, research, and practice. She is a research council member of the American Holistic Nurses Association.
Dr. Paul Victor is a certified lifestyle medicine professional affiliated with the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She also serves as a diplomat of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She has a Ph.D., MD degree in Alternative medicine, MBA in International Business, and Post Master’s Certification in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School.
